Vie's class model includes virtual and in person training.

Virtual 5-10 minutes
Prior to coming into your scheduled workout, you will have access to our workouts. You can watch this virtual demonstration from the ease of your desktop or mobile device. In our demonstrations we walk you through the structure and movements of the workout. We bring insight to the WHY and HOW of the programming. The virtual demonstration must be watched before coming into class.

In person 50 minutes
Your workout begins, as always, with an intentional warm-up. After completing the warm-up, we go right into the workout you viewed prior to class. Vie Coaches will be on the floor to support and guide you through the workout.
